Refund policy

Online, Bulk, and Contract Orders
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once an order is confirmed. If the Buyer does not take full delivery during the season, Safe Road Services may, at its discretion, store remaining material subject to storage fees or offer a credit toward a future season.

Orders placed through our website are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Custom and Special Orders
All custom-blended products or special-order materials are final sale and not eligible for refund or credit.
